The Cous Cous Fest is a celebration of traditional flavours and history that celebrates the cous cous, the typical dish for peace and integration. There is a competition between cous cous chef coming from 10 different Countries with cooking shows, tastings, free concerts and talk shows.
You can taste a large variety of cous cous at the Houses of Cous Cous and all the different recipes brought by all the international chef at PalaBia, among all the other delicious dishes. By night, San Vito lo Capo will turn in a joyous carpet of dancing hands with the traditional music that will thrill you. Fantastic free concerts and cultural activities with prestigious journalists and guest stars.
