La Nicchia has been obtained by the full renovation of a classic old building in the heart of San Vito lo Capo, really close to the beach and the sea.
There are lots of common services as well as a large backyard where the breakfast is served and a fantastic terrace containing lawn chairs, an outdoor shower and a SPA with Jacuzzi. All rooms are large and bright.

La Nicchia Smart has been realized with the aim to provide our guests with more solutions for their holidays in San Vito lo Capo, really close to the beach and the sea.
Thanks to a careful restructuring and modernisation we "regenerated" a classic old building. We obtained two large rooms, a welcome area, a breakfast service on the ground floor and a well-furnished terrace on the first floor (with direct access to the rooms).
